Apache Transmission & Auto Repair

I don't see what all the praise is about for these guys. I went in on a Monday morning and asked if they could simply check my transmission fluid level and change the fluid if it looked bad. They flat out said they couldn't help me and sent me away. Didn't even consider it. Sat there waiting for someone to even talk to me and one of the mechanics strolled in and pretty much said they wouldn't do it. So yea. I don't know who they decide to help or not help... But they sure wanted nothing to do with me.

Brought my truck in for a funny noise that sounded like the driveline or transmission. I was very pleased with their service and appreciated their transparency throughout the troubleshooting process. I didn’t feel like they were going to charge me for things that weren’t problems, and they weren’t going to take the most expensive route to get results. The mechanics here are top-notch with lots of experience.

I can't say how thankful I am to Apache Transmission. I broke down right down the street right before they closed and they still let me bring the car in and set it in a safe place for the night while I waited on insurance to tell me what they wanted to do. They definitely have the best staff I have ever gotten the chance to meet with any shop and would recommend them every day of the week for that alone.

I had just returned from Albuquerque, NM when my vehicle began shaking so badly that I thought the transmission was failing. Since I live outside of town, I called ahead and spoke with Jason, who told me to come in that afternoon. When I arrived, the team at Apache Transmission was welcoming and got to work right away. After two test drives and thorough diagnostics, they lifted the vehicle, added a specialized lubrication treatment, and the results were immediate—the vibrations were completely gone. I had expected a major repair costing thousands of dollars, but their honesty and expertise saved me from that. If you have any transmission issues, I highly recommend Apache Transmission. They truly made my day. So thankful for the honest business (Apache Transmission) people of West Texas.

Went here thinking I had a transmission issue and would have to leave my vehicle there all day and was dreading what the bill could be. After only being there for maybe 15 minutes, Jason the owner took my truck for a ride and diagnosed the problem to be a minor issue that I could fix myself and sent me on my way. His honesty saved me lots of money and the headache of not having a vehicle for an extended period. The people who work here are kind, knowledgeable and posses great integrity.
